Upcycled Greeting Card - To Greet You on St Valentines Day

Taking inspiration from an Antique Valentines Day card that had seen better days, I upcycled the salvageable pieces to create this ONE OF A KIND hanging ornament or presentation card.  Depicting a cupid seated in a Georgian sedan chain, a young boy in blue holds the handles of the conveyance.  The entire piece is laminated so that the card may remain the same through the years; to personalize, use a SHARPIE - to clean, use some GOO GONE.  A length of pink rayon ribbon allows the piece to be placed on a wall - or clip the ties, put the card in a large envelope and gift as is. 

Very lightweight and I think, quite lovely in its appearance.  Who said you can't marry old and new to make something better?
