Refund Policy

Just doesn't work? No problem.  You can return any item from my shop as long as it is within 5 days of your receipt of the item.  Just e-mail to tell me you want to return and I will tell you how to proceed.  As long as the item is in the SAME condition as sent, your refund (original postage not included UNLESS I made a gross error in the description) will be sent once I am in receipt of the item. 

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.  Delayed in sending the item back?  If I do not receive the item back within a 7-10 day time period, then a 15% restocking fee applies - no exceptions.  I will believe a customer when they say "the item is in the mail" but when I receive, say, one or two months later, then not only does the 15% fee apply but I may refuse the return.  I am not an Amazon or Walmart - my goods are ONE OF A KIND, so there is no replacement of an item, only a refund.  Please understand and thank you.
