Chenille Santa Claus Christmas Ornament | Brown Tones Woodsman Design

Taking inspiration from the Japan creations of old, here's a mixed media ornament composed of vintage and modern day components.  I like to think of the design as a Santa Claus for the cabin!  Crafted in brown tones, Santa's face is a C.1960 British Die Cut, his body of mid century era chenille and the fur muff around his neck, genuine shearling.  Santa carries a gold bottle brush tree in one hand and a C.1930s Christmas seal/sticker in the other; the sentiment is Best Wished and the graphics are of lighted red candles and holly branches.  Height is 3-1/2"; width is 1-3/4".  Gold cord at the back for hanging on a Christmas tree / feather tree.  Very lightweight and currently the only one of its kind!
