ART DECO Gift Box for Christmas - Santa Claus and His Reindeer

Dating to the 1930s or so, here's an Art Deco gift - trinket - jewelry box that was designed to be specifically gifted during the Christmas season. In colors of red, green and gold, Santa's sleigh and reindeer stand out on the lid in black. The center of the box bears a gold Dresden sentiment - Christmas Greetings. Well worn on the sides and bottom, the look is pure shabby chic. Size is 4" x 3" x 1-1/2" deep. In this day and age, most likely a one of a kind container. Probably from one of the larger department stores here in the St Louis area. A great display piece for a collection!
