Antique Victorian Chromo Label or Print - Mother and Daughter

AGE: C.1890 or so – give or take

A Victorian era chromolithograph, a portion of a trade card, I think but it could be something else. Featuring a mother and daughter in an oval setting (with border) the back of the image looks to be an advertisment for Cod Liver Oil or a "quack" medicine to help with the "liver".  The paper residue from the scrapbook page this piece was on forbids me from reading any more info than what I can surmise.  The front of the image is in very nice condition and the back paper of the scrapbook actually helps to strengthen the piece.  Size is 4-1/2" x 5-1/2".  Use in a new project or frame as it is!
