Antique Handpainted French Postcard - Happy New Year with Pansies

From France and dating to the early 1900s or so, here's a handpainted postcard that touches on BONNE ANNEE aka Happy New Year!  With an applied ribbon bow, the side lengths are painted with light purple and yellow pansies.  Victorian sentimental parlance?  THINK OF ME.  There is a small poem? sentiment? written in French to the front. signed  V. Hugo (Victor Hugo).  The reverse is unused but does bear a pencil mark of 25 - possibly 25 centimes, the cost of the card.  Absolutely gorgeous and in this day and age, most likely ONE OF A KIND!
