Postally Unused Flocked Postcard - Heartiest Congratulations

Dating to C.1900 or so, may I offer this postally unused postcard that proclaims Heartiest Congratulations! The image at the center is a satchel full of blue flowers (embossed) - the very center piece made of a flocked material (again, embossed). The card is composed of 3 pieces, the flocked section, the top paper and the back paper.  Size is 3-1/2" x 5-1/2".  Condition is very nice for its age - browning has set in though, especially at the back.  No makers marks on the back but I believe the card was Made in the USA as postage was 1 cent domestic and 2 cents foreign.
