Upcycled Made in Japan Christmas Angel Ornament in Gold

Starting with a vintage 1960s Made in Japan Christmas ornament designed as an angel, a lot of work was needed to make it displayable once more.  The poor girl was bald, her arms were missing and the paper embellishments were missing.  So what did I do?  Well, I added new hair, new arms, a pair of wings, a Christmas tree and a gift package.  The result is what you see.  

The body is made of light cardstock covered in flocked foil paper; gold cording trims the dress.  Wired white gauze adds an overlay to the dress.  Height is 3-3/4" high x 3" wide.  Stands on its own but you can always add a cord to hang the piece.  Very nice condition with the original price tag (.49 cents) and manufacturer's label.  Just adorable and only ONE!
