Unused Hallmark Greeting Card for St Patricks Day - Bear with Harp

Dating to the 1960s or so, here's an unused greeting card for St Patricks Day.  Graphics are of a Teddy Bear playing a harp.  Made by Hallmark.  Size is 3-1/2" x 4-1/2".  Comes with original envelope which shows a definite patina of age.
