French Revival Silk Ribbonwork Applique - Pink/Blue Rose Spray

Entirely hand sewn, here's a French Revival ribbon applique composed of a trio of ribbon roses.  The hand rolled florals are made of 100% silk ribbon in colors of baby pin, baby blue and cream.  A genuine freshwater cultured pearl sits at the center of the pink flower.  Ombre green ribbon leaves complete the piece.  Length is 1-5/8"; width at the blue floral is 3/4". 

The floral should be attached to any item that needs washing with a pin - this way, you can remove before cleaning.  Silk can only be dry cleaned. 

Uses?  A doll's hat, an embellishment on a piece of lingerie or dolls clothing.  Make a small pin or necklace.  Add to a lampshade.  The possibilities of use are endless.
