Antique French Ribbonwork Rose Applique | Original American Sales Card

Still on its original card and dating to around 1920/1930, here's a vintage floral applique/floral embellishment/ribbon flower that would have been applied to any manner of items, including "garters and lingerie". The French made floral is still stitched to the card but I assume the piece is entirely hand made using only thread in the making. The center rose is of a silky satin while the leaves are ruffled edge French ombre rayon acetate. Card measures 2-3/4" x 3-5/8". Ribbon floral measures 1-3/4" x 1-1/4".  Trade name of the maker is La Royal Ribbon Ornaments.  Very nice ribbonwork with a definite patina of age. The card does have a tear, a crease and again, light discoloration due to age.
