Antique French Ribbonwork Embellishment - Ombre Ribbon Roses and Leaves

Dating to the early 1900s to 1920s, may I offer this Art Deco French ribbonwork piece that came from the top of a ladies brush. From a non-smoking/pet-free home, the fabric piece starts with a gilt metallic lace, blue/grey cotton lace and then is embellished with French Ribbon florals. The two flowers are are colored mauve and grey - both have yellow "sugar pip" stamens. The leaves are of ombre green and the background ribbon bow is mauve/cream ombre. The entire pieces displays every bit of 95 years of age by way of the muted coloring and stiffness of the piece. It is possible the piece could be washed/cleaned but to me, the beauty of this piece lies in its old age. Height is 5"; width is 2-3/4". Entirely hand sewn, there are parts on the underside that feel "hard" - this might be where a touch of glue was used to secure to the back of the brush. A lovely piece that would look nice framed all on its own or applied to anything buyer can imagine.
